1. Do i need any tests or approvals done before this call?

No. This is a complimentary session to simply cover the roadmap of our build together. It does not cover the specs, estimates or inspections of the site

2. Who needs to be on this call?

Most clients have both decision makers on the call as its a great way to understand what will happen during the build. Most calls are handled by Nigel (Director) who is friendly, approachable and honest.

3. Is this a sales pitch?

Not at all. It's simply a way to meet each other, hear about your plans/property and if we're a good fit to take on your project we'll proceed with an estimate.

4. What if I’m not ready to start?

No problem. Generally if you're not ready to start or engage us for your build don't book this call. You can simply email or call us for general enquiries and we can help you this way.

5. Do you only serve the Gold Coast?

Gold Coast is where we are based...we can however travel outside of the area if the client/scope fits our criteria
